The first time I had to go back because the pharmacist (who was evidently close to retirement age) had forgotten to put a medicine in my bag. The second time I had to return because I had asked for sachets and not tablets (and it was also clearly written). In conclusion, the experience was as bad as the service offered. Put younger and smarter staff so certain things can be easily avoided
I was there for the flu shot but it's certainly not the right place! You go up to the second floor and at the counter you have to answer, in the presence of 5 people, questions which obviously harm your privacy since everyone is listening. Strongly not recommended for the vaccine. It's a shame because the same questions could be asked in the room where the vaccine is administered.
A truly bad experience, it is a poorly stocked pharmacy and the staff is very rude. Too bad, from the other reviews it seemed like a nice pharmacy.
Terrible Experience! I had a colleague buy some tachipirin due to my ailment. Having got the format wrong, I returned with the receipt to make the replacement. I was denied the right to exchange goods, even though I had the receipt and within the canonical 8 days, the goods were still sealed and perfectly intact and were not fridge material. Never again.
The pharmacist who carries out the swabs is very professional and also very human. Really super! And then everyone is kind even inside the pharmacy ❤️
