As a tourist I was served in the rudest way possible and the staff sold me a close to expire drug just taking advantage of my situation. My wife was ill and I was in urgent need of such medicine. Really the rudest Italian lady ever.

The first positive side of this pharmacy is that it is open all day and therefore it is easy to go at any time. The business is located in the historic center of Oristano and is well stocked and advantageous offers are often made on the products. The staff who work there are competent, helpful and kind.

I needed to have some medicines delivered to a family member and they were efficient and quick. The girl who answered the phone was very kind and kept me informed until the drugs were delivered. Thank you so much ❤ for the help you gave me and thank you for the service you give to all citizens.

We were there twice yesterday. Unfortunately the gentleman there was very unfriendly. We are tourists and would not receive these medications (thromosis injections). So we went to the hospital again, they were very surprised and gave us a second letter. The pharmacy did not want to recognize this either. We have mentioned several times that we pay for EVERYTHING ourselves. The gentleman was pretty unfriendly there. They also didn't want to sell or give us the crutches and the support stocking that we would have needed. We were also not given any help as to where we could get the crutches. Long story short: We then went to another pharmacy, where we got you injections and the stockings and the lady there immediately gave us the address for the crutches. Dear tourists: Avoid this pharmacy!!! Rude and not helpful at all!

It will also be provided as a pharmacy, but honestly I went in yesterday and today but the pharmacist herself doesn't stand out for kindness and friendliness...... a little liveliness wouldn't hurt her
