Friendliness, professionalism and listening to the customer distinguish them
I have supplied myself several times in this pharmacy, but in recent times I have been there often. Tonight due to an oversight I forgot to buy an essential medicine for my little girl, I contacted the pharmacy by telephone and even though I was way out of hours they waited for me, giving me that medicine that is so important to me. And so I returned home and was able to let my little one continue that very important therapy. What can I say…Thank you! Thank you for your availability and thank you for understanding that there was a dad who needed help ❤️
