I came here with a dry cough, that kept me awake at night. The pharmacist listened to me, asked two questions, was definitely very competent, spoke perfect English, and suggested a syrup, that was working very nicely. The entrance is kind of hidden in a side road. Parking briefly along the road is no problem here.
The doctors are always kind, discreet and prepared. Parking is easy to find and I never wait more than five minutes to be served. I took the swab and the doctor was extremely kind and delicate. I recommend it.
This morning I did a quick swab at the Santa Chiara pharmacy. The doctor who takes care of doing the swabs was very good... very kind to me and above all very delicate and prepared! Very important thing, so much so that I didn't feel any discomfort. I thank the pharmacy for the service and I will definitely return 5 STARS Michela. G
Taking a quick swab from them is absolutely not beneficial on a healthy level, in fact the employee who performed the swab on me used unnecessary force, causing incredible pain. To my complaint the individual made no sign of giving up, his response was that the swab should be done like this! NOT RECOMMENDED
On the morning of today 09/03/2022 I regretfully found myself at the counter with a doctor who couldn't distinguish the difference between a higher cost biological or biosimilar drug prescription card and a treatment plan. Forcing me to change pharmacy where I was regularly served. Never again at the Santa Chiara di Mascalucia pharmacy as they are incompetent.
