quite disappointed. very kind but aihmee convinced that homeopathy works so they push it everywhere. I asked my husband to take an arnica-based cream, he comes home with homeopathic arnigel which has nothing about arnica except a coincidence of name. 16 euros that I throw away because I have to buy the cream again from somewhere else. it's not the first time that their first choice is homeopathy, in the end it costs more, it works less and the profit is just around the corner

I also add my very positive opinion on the Santa Maria di Marnate pharmacy. The staff is very knowledgeable, very helpful (ordering via that's app saves a lot of time!), and very kind. Where possible they will help you find a cheaper alternative product.

Kind, helpful and polite but... if you have an emergency, my advice is to go somewhere else. Even with a blank prescription prescribed by a surgeon, they didn't want to give me the antibiotic.
