I add myself to the many negative reviews always regarding the arrogance and rudeness of the pharmacist. Despite knowing this, last night at 9.45pm I went to this pharmacy. As soon as I entered the last person in line told me that I couldn't stop because the doctor had asked her to tell whoever entered after her because he had to close. Already absurd because closing is at 10pm and not 9.45pm. At the pharmacist's question I had to say what I needed in front of all the users present....this is privacy. Upon my response he commented in an ironic and arrogant way that people go to the pharmacy at 9.45pm to take an antacid for the stomach because otherwise they can't sleep "poor thing"... Absurd, no comment. I went out and went to the pharmacy on duty where the clerk present was surprised that, being from Concorezzo, I didn't go to the S. Rita pharmacy which was open until 10pm. Having explained the reason, he was also stunned. I work in the public sector and I have schedules, it has NEVER occurred to me to leave anyone out, much less a quarter of an hour before closing time but above all I have NEVER allowed myself to treat any user in a rude and/or arrogant way regardless of his needs. This person should not work in contact with people, especially with people who turn to him for health problems. I don't think this review can change things since, with all the negative reviews posted before mine, rudeness continues to be normal.

I am particularly sorry for this bad review of mine, which I hope is taken as a starting point for improvement and not as criticism for its own sake. This morning, after waiting 7 minutes under the water beyond the scheduled opening time (the doctor was inside), I was greeted in a decidedly rude and unempathetic way by the doctor present, who also had the nerve to be arrogant. . He certainly won't have had a good night's rest, but his profession should require him to have a minimum of patience and understanding towards those who turn to this type of service. I underline this with full knowledge of the facts: my professional life has seen me involved in medical activities for 32 years and NEVER have I allowed myself to address patients with significant health problems or simply with fears regarding their condition in this way, whether also of their family unit. I have nothing else to add.

Pharmacy in the transit area with very convenient opening hours open until 9.30pm; the pharmacist who served us, a guy in his thirties was very willing to help us. He immediately understood our needs, and having recently moved he will be our trusted and reference pharmacy.

Found open, at night. Whoever served us was courteous, professional and with a light Sicilian accent I suppose

I felt treated by the clerk/pharmacist in an arrogant, arrogant, provocative and borderline inhuman way... I was really disappointed. I've never had a situation like this happen to me...
