Always kind and very informative, they work as your personal doctor whom to ask what you can take. They don't try to sell you expensive things, they offer you all they have. Im super satisfied.
They never have anything, but you have to book and pick up the next day and, given this basic problem, the owner could be kind instead of being arrogant
I take a drug that has a very low cost thanks to the health insurance; when the time came to pay I stated that I wanted to do so with the card (because due to an emergency at that moment I was unable to bring cash with me.) The pharmacists replied that they would not accept payment by post (I remind everyone that it is now illegal to refuse a payment by card, even if it is €1, although I may agree with avoiding waste of money by using the POS for a few euros). I had to go back home, get the card, go to make a withdrawal and discovered that not even the post office was working at that moment, so I found myself walking around Santa Rita (moreover with excruciating pain in one foot) for nothing, aware of the fact that I was supposed to go to work soon. I finally came back and paid what I owed in coin. All this happened because the pharmacists saw a fairly young girl who was very polite and perhaps had a "stupid" face, because if it had happened to anyone else she certainly would not have agreed to go around half a day to buy a drug. I, a 26 year old woman, after being ridiculed, went too far towards people who certainly didn't deserve it, when it would have been enough for me to report the incident and get a nice fine. Remember that it is not enough to have knowledge in this field, the kindness that you did not have towards me is fundamental.
I share my experience. I enter, say hello and ask please if they could provide me with the drug on the prescription, I take an original drug (as they usually call it), at the time of payment I had to pay €1.85, not having cash I pay with the card, the shop assistant or owner looks at me astonished, perhaps she has never seen a credit card. After all this she makes the argument in an aggressive way by mocking me as if I hadn't wanted to pay (not even to say that I had stolen it, perhaps they would have been more friendly) and her colleague with a smirk says: > (MIA CONSIDERATION: certainly much more goat than her). I am silent in all this, not falling into vulgarity (certainly as she addressed me) and provocation but they deserve a very negative review and I find myself with the case described. Thank you. I hope it is useful to someone. BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THEY MAKE A REALLY BAD LOOK.
What they don't have is reserved. Open during lunch break. Advised
