Farmacia Santa Teresa S.n.c. di De Ferri Fiammetta & C.

I have never found a pharmacy like this, they changed the staff and now unfortunately I find myself sharing terrible experiences. I brought a referral with a prescription for an equivalent drug and they gave me the paid one and when I communicated it to the girl she told me in a haughty and unsuitable manner in an environment where one is not present for trivial reasons, and annoyed to say the least, that I had to tell him first even though it was written in the request form. Another time I went to take a swab and obviously they asked me for my health card but they didn't include the tax code on the receipt which is useful for tax deductions. Yet another time my husband went to get some medicines at flat rates, completely invented by them, and a pack of dairy products at more than double the full price.

Only pharmacy to sell Fpp2 masks for children at €2 each!!!! A robbery!!! Among other things, the price is not even mentioned, next to adult masks with €0.75 written!! I noticed it after paying because I wasn't paying attention! Hoping they change them!!

Professionalism, competence, variety of products, assistance and closeness to the customer make the Santa Teresa pharmacy a cornerstone of our community.
