Rude staff, the guy with glasses at the counter on Sunday morning April 21st did not want to take the Covid swab because he was alone and therefore according to him the service was not available and that the information reported on the site regarding the possible carrying out of the swab without a reservation was a false information. Inadequate, rude and rude. Change personnel.
Rude people, I felt bad several times but the proximity makes me conveniently come there every time I need a medicine. From today I will definitely never set foot there again. They refused to give a strep swab to my son (brought there on purpose with a fever of 40) because they "didn't have time" even though there were 3 of them working on it and there was no one in the pharmacy after me. The time taken to do a swab is 10 minutes. So I find it absurd that they asked me to come back. They have been insolent or rude several times in other situations so there is another better pharmacy 100 meters away. I recommend you walk 2 minutes more. Good day
