unbelievably bad service and supply of medication. I was there already for the third time with an ordinary inquiry (e.g. vitamin tablets, nasal rinsing salt) and each time one of the pharmacists explained to me that such a thing does not exist in Italy. Without looking in the warehouse or system or asking a colleague for advice. Then I go 100m further to the next pharmacy and get everything in seconds. Because you usually have to wait in line, you should save time and nerves and go to another pharmacy.
The new ownership has radically changed the face of the Pharmacy. Professionalism, courtesy and attention to the customer make it one of the best pharmacies in the city
Excellent service, very kind staff. The competence of the new ownership and the desire to respond to every need distinguish this pharmacy.
Terrible pharmacy. On duty, a man (doctor?) in pitiful condition opens the door for you, but leaving aside the aesthetic aspect, he replies dryly that I have to go to the doctor for the medicine and closes the door in my face. My child with bronchospasm at home needed aerosols which he already does other times. It was enough to ask me a few more questions about the child, maybe I would have had time to tell him that my wife is a pharmacist and that she could give me the medicine easily. The attitude he had was rude. Never again in this pharmacy.
Out of necessity I had to go to this pharmacy more than once and every time I was treated badly by the pharmacist, in order to go back I now go to the farthest pharmacy
