One star because the slowness with which customers are served is unacceptable (and not only in times of pandemic, but the long waits are unjustifiable even in that context), it is a pharmacy and not a confessional (the church is already nearby for this ). For serious problems you don't go to the pharmacy but elsewhere. The advice is ok but it is not possible to make elderly people or mothers with children wait outside for hours. I'm not arguing about the kindness and availability of pharmacists but they must take account of the people waiting outside and speed up customer service times.

Inadmissible. The slowness they have in serving is incredible. Very long phone calls to doctors for every 'problem' on prescriptions that don't have any problems. Rude ways. The queue on the sidewalk is kilometric. The other day I went in because no one was there. There were 4 of them inside serving just one person. After 10 minutes of waiting on the clock without being even considered in the slightest, I went elsewhere. In three years I have tried several times out of necessity as it is close to the workplace, thinking they were exceptions but instead it is the rule. You can't imagine wasting an hour every time to buy an aspirin. Never again.

Small and narrow environment, customers often find themselves standing in line under a deadly air conditioner positioned on the ceiling which in summer freezes the place as well as drilling their heads. Adapt the place, the health of customers is important. It's unfortunate that this is the case, also because the staff is attentive and friendly.
