The lady at the cosmetics counter offers a unique customer service experience in her pharmacy, with a hysterical, arrogant, defiant and derogatory voice. Every time you enter, he greets you with a mix of hostility and disdain that makes you feel like you're a nuisance rather than a customer. His lack of courtesy and respect makes even the simplest of transactions difficult. While the pharmacy may have quality products, the personality of the lady at the cosmetics counter can make it difficult to return for another visit.

Christmas morning. After the extraction of a wisdom tooth I am on antibiotics. I go to the pharmacy and kindly explain that I have finished the antibiotic, I say the name of the drug and ask to be able to give it in advance given the situation (I had the empty box in my pocket) A 🐗 shows up and, in a humanly aberrant way, dismisses me by saying a) to go and get a prescription b) that even with a prescription the drug would arrive the next day. The real point is that a person like this should do something else rather than stand behind the pharmacy counter. If it is right to ask for the recipe, it is equally right to treat customers in a polite manner while managing a public service. Never again

I live nearby and it could be my reference pharmacy; While I understand their need to make money, I believe it is more rewarding to put professional availability before immediate economic gain. In a small town like Treviso it was enough to extend the journey a few steps to find courtesy, professionalism and decisive availability
