Really congratulations on the new pharmacy and obviously nice and professional doctors.... you are number one...
Unfortunately today I will no longer rely on this pharmacy. I order a product by phone and I am told that it will be available from early afternoon. I go to the pharmacy around 5pm, peak time by the way, and as soon as I give the booking number that THEY gave me, silence falls. The pharmacist tells me that they don't have that product, and that essentially it wasn't sent to them and invites me to go to S. Antonino where they have a SIMILAR one. Out of this world considering it's 2021. A stone's throw from the June 2nd bridge, this disservice is unacceptable, as are the justifications given to me. I would like to point out that I am not a critic and that I know very well that unforeseen events exist etc. but today the disservice encountered is too much. In all this, the wait for the people behind me increased, creating quite a few complaints. Stressful experience.
