Very rude
We were on a trip to Verona and my girlfriend had a woman's emergency. She had forgotten her pads at the hotel. Rushed to this pharmacy and reported the emergency to the pharmacist (female). The sales assistant immediately appeared very annoyed and in addition to making her wait more than 10 minutes for no reason before making her pay for the sanitary pads, she categorically deprived her of using the bathroom.
Apart from one doctor, who will probably be a little more introverted, the staff is polite and professional. Willing to help you rather than being too strict. It establishes a relationship of mutual trust with its customers.
On Friday evening I had to purchase a parapharmaceutical device. I think that anyone who has to have contact with the public should at least respect the minimum requirements of normal education. The elderly lady who served us, in addition to being clearly annoyed (perhaps because we were buying condoms?) did not even give us a greeting or a smile! I think a simple and humble farmer would certainly have been much less urban!
