Fast and efficient service

They have a lot of choice of products, including dermocosmetics. Friendly and courteous staff
Very kind and well equipped. The only ones who recovered the vidalta for my cat after I had been to more than 10 pharmacies!!!
The doctor in charge is very rude. At the time of payment he asked me if I would pay in cash or with a debit card, I replied debit card, therefore I gave the debit card. He gave me a receipt with the cash payment method written on it. When I pointed out the mistake and politely asked for the correct receipt, the doctor rudely replied that the mistake was mine because I should have specified it before paying: that is, it wasn't enough to answer "debit card" to the question "pay in cash or debit card?" and nor provide the ATM.... To my reply, that it wasn't my mistake, the doctor made it a point to point out that "she was the titular doctor and therefore she was the one who was right"... I will never return to this pharmacy again, luckily there are many others and certainly more professional than the "very polite doctor-owner".
