I went to get some medications, two boxes per medication. When I got home I saw that one of the four boxes was wrong in my opinion. I went to the pharmacy the next day, I asked for explanations and was told that they never make mistakes, they don't make human errors. No reasonable doubt, when you work you make mistakes, and in any case the customer should be followed up and at least one check should be carried out. If this is the way to treat customers... I applaud you.
I have always had very good experiences, staff always friendly and helpful.
I bought a pair of compression stockings, I came home I tried 1 on and saw that it was too long for my size and they didn't even want to change them because the warehouse wouldn't take them? but will one be able to try things or not? I am speechless..
