Treated very badly, they sold me an open package with partially missing product, luckily I noticed it almost immediately, I immediately went back asking for a replacement, since I bought the product as new, instead of apologizing, they insinuated that I had opened the package (to gain what advantage I don't understand, given that only one sachet was missing inside the box) afterwards, they returned it and reordered the product for the following morning, too bad that even though the afternoon had passed, I didn't have found the product. So, given the need, I went to another pharmacy to purchase it. The following day, I went to the pharmacy again to receive a refund since I had already paid and again, instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, as well as not wanting to refund me, but they offered me a voucher, they even insulted me again, if this Does this seem like the way to treat customers, I have no words, you obviously don't know how to do your job!

My favorite pharmacy a few steps from home! I always find a delightful Doctor who knows how to help me with every problem! Everyone is kind and super professional! Well stocked and with absolutely honest prices. You are the best ♡
