I'm forced to give one star but they deserve 0! A pack of Pampers single progress diapers paid €19... when I asked for explanations they told me that the price is adequate and exact with the sale in other shops, as I had never gotten them between €8 and €9!!!! A shame! At least they were kind! Never again…

Congratulations for the great patience, sensitivity and dedication that the pharmacy staff had the day before yesterday for a problem that happened to me. Sensitivity and altruism are increasingly rare qualities and a lot of professionalism

Be careful where you leave the car to go to the pharmacy... fines very easy to get even for a few minutes. Crowded but many counters, friendly staff.

I mistakenly bought an Avene protection 50 facial coloring cream instead of a protective one for my children. I returned the same evening with the receipt to exchange it but they told me that they couldn't replace it because "they had to contact the owner" accusing me of having used it.... I went out also leaving the cream because not only had I not even opened the cream but these they don't even know how to approach a customer and it also means that they sold me a used cream. Failed... I recommend a customer management course...

I have been coming to Misano on holiday for many years, this pharmacy is a point of reference, very well stocked. Yesterday I found a pharmacist at the counter who was kind, helpful and competent, which is very important especially in summer and on holiday where we don't have our doctors available to ask for important suggestions.
