Professionalism and Courtesy Day 11 afternoon... I went to this pharmacy... which I didn't know about living in Rome. Dr. Russo was very friendly and professional at the same time. I was treated really well... special thanks... Emanuele Garofalo
I confirm what is written in the other reviews. Word for word: courtesy, professionalism and customer care is not at home, and I am certainly not referring to a single episode in several years. It will certainly not be a coincidence if the super negative experience is common. Enough, never again! Pharmacy to avoid.
Pharmacy to be closed and arrogant and rude staff!! I went in to buy Vitamin D3 for my second child and the Doctor made an absurd controversy because she didn't have a medical prescription......EEeeeehhh????! For Vitamin D3??? She even took the liberty of challenging my pediatrician's actions by telling me "what does your pediatrician know that the child needs Vitamin D3? Now they're even making up the protocols?" I will never go there again, luckily I'm not from the area and I advise everyone not to go there because they are sold out!!!
The worst pharmacy you can go to. Rude, cold, with an air of misplaced saccharine. Unfortunately, I went several times, and every time I felt terrible. I advise against it, in my opinion they should close, they don't know at all how to address the customer, starting from the owner, a very rude old man, and then everyone else.
I've been buying eye drops all my life, no pharmacy has ever asked me for the request. The even more serious thing is that not even they in this pharmacy have ever asked me anything... A little while ago I went there to buy it and they asked me for the request. arrived in an arrogant tone she told me first bring me the Request and then I'll give her the eye drops... Rude and arrogant.. Professionalism equal to!!!! 0..I will never go there again!!
