The next day, after having explained the situation to him, I kindly asked him if they could refund me or send me the product but nothing, because it appeared to them that the rest had been paid. 14 euros stolen. How could they say that if I was in front of it for 15 minutes and besides the fact that there were no buttons, absolutely nothing came out... neither the product, nor the money, nor a receipt. I didn't like it, especially on principle.
