I'm sorry to give a negative review to commercial businesses, but trusting what they publish about deliveries, I purchased and paid for an orthopedic device since I will have to wear it on Monday when the cast is removed as requested by the hospital orthopedist. The purchase was made on Tuesday and still today I have not received what I needed. Now I will have to obtain what is necessary from a different retailer and I will evaluate what to do with what I purchased, assuming it arrives... I believe that since these are goods usually necessary for people who use them for health reasons, it would also be necessary to be clearer on the timing of delivery, advertised on the site as fast, but at least in my case they were not.
One of the most disappointingly staffed pharmacies in the area. The "confidence" in addressing those who serve you for the first time is aside, and that's it. I called today 11.08 just to find out if the pharmacy carried Euphidra brands of cosmetics. Not only was the "professional" not explanatory (because it is assumed that behind a pharmaceutical counter there are professionals and not only in the sector but also in serving the customer), but I was told "yes, but don't waste time... that's up to people.." complete with a "cut off" on the phone. First of all, I was kind on the phone, only asking if he dealt with that brand, saying that I would come by if he confirmed it to me, and what's more, I didn't speak the dialect, nor did I allow anyone to answer me in a certain way. (Her name is Rosanna or some name like that and I assume she is an older person) It pains me to say that if as you get older your level of tolerance is lower... leave room for trained young people who want to work. Having said that, only one or maybe two female doctors at the pharmacy counter are saved. Having said the latter, TERRIBLE courtesy.
I placed an order on the site and it didn't work due to problems beyond my control. The pharmacy manager calls me and at the beginning he is very kind and attentive in guiding me through the order but it doesn't go through. Subsequently he asks me to have the software support call me the next day and I accept (I had no alternative, the product I was looking for had been sold out everywhere for years as it was a limited edition of a well-known brand), finally the support calls me and asks me to remotely log into my PC to do some tests. When I refuse, I call back the pharmacy manager proposing either a P2P, a payment on delivery or a postepay top-up. He tells me that he doesn't have a postepay (strange for a merchant) and asks me to make the transfer with IBAN from the tobacconist. Not being used to this, I go to the tobacconist and transfer the sum of the product + shipping + the cost of the transfer via IBAN. I attach a photo to the owner and tell him that it doesn't seem fair to me that in addition to shipping I also had to pay a higher price for a problem that wasn't my fault. He replies that he can't do anything about it, he doesn't even apologize and he doesn't even send me a tracking code for the package because "the order didn't leave from the site"... only sending me the courier's telephone number (as if he could identify the package without the code... I could have been anyone, you don't have to tell me). The package arrives and inside I don't find even a meager sample as a symbol of apology for the inconvenience caused to me. What can I say...maybe e-commerce and friendliness aren't really their strong point regardless of IT problems. The only positive note was the salesman who made himself available to send me a photo of the product before purchasing it. PS: I add after reading the answer: he contacted me on WhatsApp causing problems for the review, then he even blocked me and then I read this review... what can I say, if you prefer to act in alternative ways, go ahead... all of this seems to me misleading. As the software technician also confirmed, the problem was with his bank, not with my postepay, as on the evening of the failed order I had made other purchases which were easily processed of which I have proof and of which the owner was aware. What can I say... better not to say.
