Special thanks to the Beauty experts Emanuela and Manuela who solved a bad sunburn on my face and eyes in a session at their beauty booth. They have high-tech machinery and use Miamo products which are excellent. All with great grace and kindness, which is very rare. I will definitely stay here again on my next tour to Sardinia. They also left me a contact number for any advice which will certainly be invaluable to me. Thanks girls you are a great team!!

1 star because it's not possible 0! And now I'll tell you about my experience with the owner of this pharmacy. In reality, it all started last week when I purchased two apparently identical mouthwashes costing over €10.00 (when, among other things, the same product can also be found elsewhere for €8.00). When I returned home like every day I casually used the one without the CE mark (European conformity) and I immediately noticed that the flavor was different from usual so I checked and noticed that the two products were not exactly the same; the specification, excipients and ingredients differed as well as the absence of the CE conformity mark. So on the first available evening I call the pharmacy, the young pharmacist who I already knew answers me because on other occasions I have been served by him very professionally and in a competent and kind manner. In the evening he was evidently particularly nervous and definitely very stressed because when I posed the problem to him, making it clear to him that I would like to replace the product without the CE mark with the one identical to the other one with the CE mark - also because in addition to the different ingredients and excipients it also had a not pleasant - he started babbling giving meaningless answers such as that even if the packages had differences they were the same?! After which, after an argument, I was told to come by personally to talk to the owner about it. That same evening, however, being in the area and after having had the opportunity to discuss the matter with two other pharmacists, at 9.57 pm three minutes before closing I found myself going in to show the young pharmacist the two apparently identical products purchased; and therefore we resumed the discussion in an even more heated manner given the continuous unintelligent responses. In any case, closing time had arrived and so I had to leave with threats from the young man who also wanted to call the police! But up to this point I understand the young man who could also be my son (only due to his age) and who, particularly stressed, raved without realizing it in a particularly arrogant way... :"young man, learn some manners but before repeating that you are a pharmacist and therefore whatever you say is the unquestionable truth." Having then spoken to the owner on the phone the next day, I understood even more the stressed attitude of the young worker who finds himself selling products for this company. In short, the owner reiterated with great arrogance (evidently this type of attitude exists in this pharmacy) what the young pharmacist had stated the day before, not wanting to replace the product. I would like to point out that I was able to speak with the company producing the mouthwash and that I was told that although the two products are official but not the same, the first with the CE mark is the last in production because it is recognized as a medical aid while the second older one without CE mark CAN BE REPLACED because it does not appear to be a medical device unlike what the pharmacy claims. Just think that the manufacturing company proposed to me to replace the product in question in the face of the stingy pharmacy which instead prefers to lose customers thinking that profit matters more than customer loyalty. WELL CONGRATULATIONS AND MANY WISHES FOR THE FUTURE!

Very bad experience. I purchased a medical device without the CE mark, I asked to change the product, since in other pharmacies I always found the same device, with the European Community mark. Not only was it not changed, but in less than human ways I was told that the drug was like this. Zero humanity shines through, I only sense sales. Too bad there isn't a lower one, a star that's definitely too high....

Bad experience.... I ordered a preparation for my mother 20 days ago bringing the pink recipe, I receive a call requesting a new recipe because the active ingredient is arriving but presumably upon arrival the recipe will have expired. I ask to be able to bring the prescription to collect the medicine and I am told that absolutely without the new prescription they would not have prepared the medicine and that they were doing me a favor by notifying me!! I asked what the favor was given the waste of time, considering that the preparation is paid for and they don't give anything away... However I returned the favor by taking the recipe back and I will never set foot in it again.
