I appreciate the professionalism with which they do their work but I think they should respect their customers' instructions more. I usually buy certain drugs that I have known for years and yet when I ask for them I am always advised to be completely different, mainly on more organic things which tend to be more expensive. As long as they do it with me I can even tolerate it, however I am decidedly less happy when they do it with my girlfriend who is much more easily convinced and who punctually returns home with all the other requested stuff

I don't live in Rovigo, but the professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness of the employees of this pharmacy always bring me to them. Also capable of advising as in the case of Dr. Rita. Every time I look for her because she explains every product to take in a painstaking way. I recommend it to you. In my opinion the nr.1 in Veneto!!!

I called to cancel the order for a drug placed 20 minutes earlier, since the item was not physically present at the time, and I receive a lack of respect that leaves me shocked. I am rudely asked why and then closed the call. phone in your face. I would like to point out that when I placed the order I was not asked for my name or telephone number, nevertheless out of courtesy I informed them that I would no longer need it. The doctor who served me was very kind and helpful, but the gentleman who answered the phone was so rude that I can't help but give 1 star.
