In response to yours regarding my review, it wasn't a matter of the covid period as the pharmacy seemed more than calm at the time of the incident, nor the need to get my document back within a week, but your rudeness since the first contact, in my opinion, it had no way of existing, I then explain that I contacted you a second time because following a first contact I had no further news for a long time and only later did you deign to bring the document to the forces of the order. A piece of advice, I don't care much about your behavior but take more care of the customer even if they're just passing through, it's your job it should be a mission to benefit the people. I am a person who lives traveling and this type of situation is not for me Never happened.

I had a 10% discount in this pharmacy, I communicated it to the pharmacist and bought several products. Subsequently I think that the bill was too high compared to what I expected (and compared to what I paid in my local pharmacy, given that I bought the same products), but the pharmacist had not provided me with the receipt with the specification. The next day I ask for the specification and the pharmacist reformulates the calculation and notices that €5 (or a little more) is missing, so she offers me a voucher (not being able to provide me with the money). He asks another pharmacist to prepare the voucher for me and he, reformulating the bill for the umpteenth time, tells me that the bill from the day before was correct, in fact I should have added €0.67! I leave with the doubt that the bill has been correct, believing that the prices are above average, after having waited half an hour without having solved anything... all accompanied by the pharmacist's dislike! I would have come back, but you lost a customer! Oh and the following day I found it closed at 4.30pm (while on the internet it was open)... but be more serious!

If rudeness lived in some place this would be the right one, at the end of September I forgot or my health card was not returned to me (I state that I am from Turin) I phoned and they confirmed that it is there with them, I kindly ask them to send it to me at my expense leaving delivery, after a week without news I call back and am told by a very rude doctor that if I want the card back I have to go and get it 😂😂😂I remind them that it is a personal document and that they cannot keep it at that point I advise them to take it to the police 'order and so they do. I hope he doesn't find people like them on the road.

Closing time was scheduled for 9.30pm but by 9.20pm everything was already closed.
