I went to the pharmacy to ask for physiological serum for my son, the pharmacist found me to say why I didn't see the display with the offer in front of the cash register. I can't stomach rudeness!!! Unfortunately for all of us we need pharmacies, fortunately for the pharmacist in question. I will definitely never spend my money in this place again even in extreme cases.

Kindness, courtesy and professionalism! The doctors helped me and advised me on several occasions, even delicate ones! Over time, it has become my go-to pharmacy. The tailor-made Galenic preparations are also excellent, they saved me during the change of season! Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Usually very kind and helpful but evidently stressed during Christmas days. I was with my dog, very impatient because he was playing with another dog and I was choosing a cream. They basically told me to hurry up, even though I had let other people pass. They were very rude and it certainly won't be my first choice next time. There are many pharmacies that are much more patient and kind. I am changing the review given your incorrect and not at all polite response. I didn't offend like you are doing. I won't let you say I can't handle my dog, they were two little dogs playing. I apologize, I thought your rudeness was due to stress, apparently it's a prerogative. A well-stocked pharmacy in the center of Biella with friendly and competent staff, much nicer than the city average. Excellent experience, I also recommend it to people from outside
