With this review I qualify the controversial pharmacist who, faced with my asking why the price of the product was three and fifty euros more than what I saw on the web, began to invite me to make my purchases online. At her first invitation I explained that I urgently needed to get the product, but the pharmacist, shocked by my banal question, insisted on explaining to me that she had a degree, that she had studied for seven years (complete with fingers showing the long years of study). , that shipping costs, that I had disrespected her with my question (help). She finally apologized in a completely conciliatory way, which further qualifies the pharmacist's terrible way of relating to the public.
Unprofessional customer treatment. I booked a medicine, they made a mistake in requesting it (it didn't correspond to the prescription) BUT SERIOUSLY they didn't refund me, I had an equivalent voucher to spend in their pharmacy. Upon my request for a refund I was told: "I CANNOT REFUND WE HAVE INVOICED (but is it invoiced on December 24th or 31st?), but you can spend even one euro at a time until you reach the amount of the voucher". I didn't understand, was he doing me a favor?
Friendly and efficient. They were able to resolve a problem with a treatment plan when the doctor and another pharmacy were unable to. Recommended pharmacy.
