Congratulations to Dr. Satti and his team, very competent, kind and always very attentive to the customer's needs. I recommend to everyone.
Excellent pharmacy open as early as 8.00 in the morning. The doctor is very professional and courteous as are the collaborators. Large outdoor parking.
High post-vaccination fever, I go at 9pm to buy some Tachipirina, he replies that without a prescription he won't come to the door because he isn't on site, apart from the bad way in which I was treated, I could have shown the post-vaccination documentation, but perhaps the gentleman didn't consider the high fever a reason to give me Tachipirina, perhaps he thought I needed it to play marbles with. Not recommended.
The doctor is an exquisite person, as well as a valid professional. Discreet and polite, like all the staff, he always advised me and helped me especially in difficult moments with my parents. They are my pharmacy.
During the pandemic period, like many citizens I had the need to manage various problems with the support of a pharmacy, I was extremely satisfied with the doctor's professionalism. Satti and all the staff.
