Knowledgeable associates and good customer service.
I don't leave this review lightly. I was canceled for a Covid swab at 7.45pm, booked for tomorrow... which I need to have surgery the day after tomorrow. I'll definitely find another center tomorrow (I have to look for it, reach it and I'm a person with serious health problems, so it's not trivial). If the swabs don't arrive (it can happen!), people need to be notified with more notice, because what has happened is really serious.
The doctors, in addition to being extremely competent, are also very kind and generous with advice.
Very bad experience. Doctor Satulli is a deplorable person, as ugly as he is evil, hungry for money and not at all attentive to the client's health Excellent place if you want to buy products that you would pay half the price elsewhere and are easily available in other pharmacies or simply online. Excellent prices at the Villa Ferrajoli pharmacy, much more stocked.
This morning I did the Covid swab. The nurse was very good, very kind, she listened to me when I explained that I have problems with my nose, that I am very sensitive, and every time I do the swab it hurts terribly and blood comes out - she did the swab with delicacy fantastic. Just a drop of blood, and almost no discomfort.
