A little more kindness or sympathy wouldn't hurt, it's probably not expected in their work.

The pharmacy is well stocked and, in any case, orders arrive within a few days. Unfortunately, the times they set on Google are unreliable and you risk making empty trips. If you know of another pharmacy that you are sure to find open, go there because here you risk only finding a closed shutter.

Large and well-kept spaces, with a medical room and a swab industry. Cold customer relations compared to other alternatives in the area. Prices higher than lower, always compared to the aforementioned alternatives.

I'm giving a star not so much for the pharmacy itself or for the very kind and helpful employees, but for the lack of courtesy on the part of the owner who doesn't bother to say hello. Accustomed to the courtesy and kindness of his German colleagues, I find this to be a rather serious shortcoming. A smile doesn't cost much.
