I tried to contact the pharmacy via telephone after opening hours (from 3pm) for an emergency and the dial went off saying to call later. Since it was an emergency (I was at the ASL to collect some medicines but the procedure was blocked by the Pharmacy because in the morning he had left the procedure for requesting medicines at the ASL "hanging" even though they had assured us that everything was in order and to go directly to the ASL) , after half an hour of trying I had to physically send a friend to the Pharmacy to be able to interact with the Pharmacist who - when asked why they weren't answering the phone by the ASL, simply declared that it was broken.... well.... the doubt remains that they did not deactivate the disk when opening .... anyway a pharmacy of that size should have more telephone lines

Vast availability of drugs, parapharmaceuticals and cosmetics. I found a product immediately available after looking for it in 5 other pharmacies on the Eastern Ligurian Riviera. Highly trained and helpful staff. Congratulations to all the staff.

Kind, punctual, precise. We can only have positive words for this pharmacy. The staff goes out of their way to satisfy customers. And it does it even in let's say "normal" times. I won't dwell on positive words for what they did during the lockdown and immediately afterwards with vaccines, swabs and reservations, but it must be said. Well done!
