What can I say... as a tourist in extreme need, after having visited another terrible pharmacy, where the courtesy and desire to help had left it at home, I was directed by some residents to this pharmacy... The very competent owner she listened to my problem, and advised in the best way, and not trying to sell me what she has, but just general non-profit advice. I appreciated it very much. For a tourist camping alone it was a good support. Highly recommended!!!

Exaggerated prices! You paid 15.90 for lactic ferments, they normally cost €10

I've been to this pharmacy over the past few weeks and I was nothing short of annihilated. Maybe I made a mistake in not saying anything at the time, but the anger was such that if I had opened my mouth at that moment I would have been guilty of rudeness, and that's not my style. A pharmacist at the counter, WITHOUT A MASK, coughed three times with her mouth open on the POS machine, before handing it to me to make the payment. Given that bringing at least your hand to your mouth when coughing has been good hygiene practice since well before Covid, coming from a city like Brescia - which has literally been plagued by this pandemic - I found this behavior completely unacceptable and offensive, even more so because it happened in a pharmacy, which should be a place to cultivate the culture of health protection.

Friendly staff. Unfortunately I had to pay €14.90 for a nasal spray, a bit steep considering the nasal spray costs between €2-5. A pity
