Much less than one star for having the blonde pharmacist, in the month of October 2021, forced to buy their white mask for the price of around €uro 3, when the customer already had one of his own... otherwise, the way it is expressed, he would NOT have had the swab done. All this way of behaving was because the light blue mask, worn by many of us, was NOT suitable for performing the swab itself, so that we could make further money by selling another of their masks...🤨🤔😡 WHAT EXPLOITABLE Snatchers! Unlike other pharmacies that were correct for the right way of doing things, with RESPECT for the customer and not only, they allowed the swab to be carried out without requiring the sale of an additional mask of their own! If we asked to change the mask it is because he was probably wearing a surgical mask and, as per the protocol displayed at the entrance and published on the external monitors, for reasons of operator safety, an FFP2 mask of any color or even personally owned is required (whoever calls on the phone knows that we always advise you to bring your own) so I'm sorry that it appeared like this to you... if you had asked a year ago we would have given it to you exactly like today. They were very quick to prepare the medicine, and this further reinforces the exceptional reputation enjoyed by this historic Neptune pharmacy. It's the best in the area, there's no doubt about it!
