Disorganized and without the slightest care for customers. I called for a swab test and, after receiving the answer that it would be possible to do it by 12pm the same day, I showed up at 11.35am. The person who was supposed to carry out the exam, however, had already left. When I asked about this, the pharmacist said "eh, unfortunately you have to come back another time".
On several occasions, I have had the opportunity to appreciate the strong professionalism and persevering commitment towards users. As well as understanding and humanity. A round of applause to all of you.
I ordered on August 3rd from them. first they gave the wrong address and the goods were returned, I was told that they would be sent back, but today we are at 09/29/2020 and I have no further news and they no longer respond to emails.
Well-stocked pharmacy... Prices perhaps a little high... the only advice is to help the ladies pharmacists learn a little humility. I don't think it's right to treat elderly people as if they were poor fools. I would like to remind them that they only deliver medicine and that they don't operate on open hearts.
