Nice and professional
Zero professionalism, arrogance and rudeness. I go with a recipe on my cell phone to ask for a galenic solution (for a hair lotion, nothing medically delicate), they make me send the recipe via WhatsApp and they reply that it would be prepared in the following days, I reply okay. Three days later I go to see if it was ready: a very arrogant pharmacist treats me like a disturber with extreme rudeness, telling me that he needed the paper copy, telling me how dare I demand the preparation with a prescription on WhatsApp. I'm surprised, I tell him in the meantime to keep a polite tone, that I waited 3 days and I could have gone elsewhere: I show him the WhatsApp conversation where they tell me that they would have prepared it and I am literally treated like a fish in the face. Okay human error (one tells me it can be done and the other tells me it can't) but at least a bit of education wouldn't hurt. Complete the picture when you enter the pharmacy and the same pharmacist is dispensing medical and nutritional advice to customers in a loud voice... I don't know the ethics well but I thought the pharmacist had another job.
Always available and competent. Collection of expired medicines. Meritoriously and at their expense they illuminate the pavement at night after unknown persons removed the public lighting for 4 years. The Municipality, repeatedly urged, doesn't care and the citizens do it themselves. Honor to merit.
Very competent and very kind. They helped me a lot and even recommended a doctor (since they didn't want to let me in the emergency room) who was really helpful. Thank you all! Well done
