Lack of professionalism, behavior of traders with all due respect for traders, let alone pharmacists!!! I agree with all the negative reviews because otherwise I would have to repeat everything already written by the other unfortunate people! On 4 packs of supplements only one arrived later my prompt and long silence on their part. The other 3 packs? Called and found a rubber wall, if they answer they leave you waiting forever. SERIOUSNESS equal to 0! I strongly advise against them. The positive reviews will certainly come from relatives, friends and employees.

Very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend purchasing online. Of an order of 3 products placed on May 2nd, after a few days only two arrived and no communication to inform me of the missing product, which was available on their site at the time of my purchase. I waited but when I didn't receive any news, I sent an email where they replied that in fact the product (a supplement) was still missing and that they would provide a refund. It's been a month and a half since my order and 15 days since the complaint and I still haven't received the refund or response to my last email! It seems normal to you that a customer, after having suffered the inconvenience of not receiving the product, still has to suffer further inconvenience by "praying" to be refunded, but are you kidding? SHAMEFUL! If I had read all the reviews first I would never have ordered from this pharmacy. BAD SERVICE AND ATTENTION.

Definitely negative experience. They had the wrong shipping address but above all they did nothing to resolve the inconvenience. Telephone contact is difficult. The landline number leads to a mobile phone where twice on different days I was only able to interact with an answering machine, leaving messages which were never answered.

BOUGHT ON THE INTERNET FROM THEM. PAID IMMEDIATELY. THEY SHIP AFTER TEN DAYS. I AM STUNNED. AFTER 16 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T HAD ANYTHING. IS THE SHIPMENT LOST? COMPLAINTS OPEN ABOUT PAYPAL AND THEIR INCREDIBLE WAY OF BEHAVIOR WAS IMMEDIATELY WRITTEN. WRITTEN TWO EMAILS NEVER ANSWERED.

Terrible seller, I paid for the medicines online and they delivered the medicine with cash on delivery, so I paid double. I was not compensated despite having both the receipt and the cash on delivery document and the online payment. They don't answer calls or even emails. Be careful.
