I love them, they are friendly, helpful, affectionate with customers, the top of the pharmacies
I've always had a good time...I'm a long-time customer! but last night was a real disappointment...the pharmacy closes at 8.00pm, it was 7.58pm, it was pouring and I went out to get milk for my 4 month old daughter.. the pharmacy was already closed I begged a doctor through the glass who needed me some milk for my daughter and very calmly they told me it was closed by turning the other way!!! zero humanity!!!! shame!
Pharmacy fully stocked with everything you might need, DOTT Scravaglieri and all his staff are wonderful and kind people, I personally feel very comfortable, I can't complain.
Courtesy and kindness, top staff. We took swabs for strep. The doctor who performed the swab was very delicate.
After having done the swab for the child with an electronic request, as the pharmacist had suggested on the phone, I was called back late in the evening, telling me that the swab performed had to be paid for and the request was not valid, now that the fact was accomplished I paid . I could have chosen not to return to the pharmacy and go to the vaccination hub and not pay anything or as I did, return to the pharmacy expecting preferential treatment since the mistake was made by the pharmacy. Instead, no treatment or discount and swab paid in full. If they had told me it had to be paid, I undoubtedly would have gone to the hub. 15 euros is not a penny. Disappointed with this way of doing things :-(
