Checkout counter full of bags of samples, both of famous brands and of their own production, but if you ask for one they tell you they don't have any. I don't understand why 😒 In other pharmacies there is always a bowl at the entrance and everyone takes what they need, take an example. At peak times the pharmacists (Mrs. Nadia, the tall graying gentleman, the 2 dark-haired girls with long hair) stand and stare at people and at the register they keep a young girl, perhaps an intern, who takes 3 hours to find a drug. Try to understand that people are in a hurry and have a thousand commitments to attend to, they can't spend 40 minutes in the pharmacy while you make the girl practice. A little common sense.
