Being a pharmacist gives you the privilege of entering people's lives. You often have a few minutes to ask the right questions, to listen to words, tones and nuances, to interpret the pauses. A few minutes just to give help, an explanation, a reassurance that is never an empty word. The pharmacist's smile, even if hidden by a mask, is always the best cure. Admiration and gratitude towards those who, despite everything, are always present, those who in these circumstances open up the possibility of a dialogue, those who gather confidences and fears, because on these occasions we forget that even the pharmacist has his justified concerns, not being he himself otherwise immune.

Went several times for swabs...always kind. Went for flu and Covid vaccine with elderly and non-self-sufficient parents, found competent, humane, helpful and welcoming doctors.... thank you so much!!!!
