I'm sorry to have to share the opinions of other reviews. As long as there were constant presences in the pharmacy, Dr. Nicola and Dr. Elisabetta, I found professionalism, competence, kindness, EMPATHY, a reassuring look and smile. But for some time it has no longer been our reference pharmacy, as at the counter I find rude, arrogant people who often don't even look me in the eye when they address a PATIENT (not a customer), today after a long time I entered this pharmacy and unfortunately I find myself confirming my disappointment, I even remained waiting for the bill while the two colleagues chatted, when I finally paid I said goodbye, no one deigned to answer, I understand that the relationship with the public is hard and tiring, but the pharmacist is a doctor and as such should have respect and care for PATIENTS (not customers).

Once you pass, the second too, the third too, but if treating customers/patients in an always annoyed way, making a fuss about electronic prescriptions and being arrogant becomes a consolidated habit, I will never set foot in this point again.. .nowadays there is a very serious problem regarding youth employment, why on earth should I continue to be treated in this unpleasant and rude manner by girls who should - in my opinion - be grateful to earn what many dream of? given the economic crisis and therefore they would have a duty to be kind towards those who have the misfortune of having to buy so many drugs due to precarious health? I'm sorry to have to write this, because the owner is extremely kind, but the collaborators are to be rejected... go at eight in the morning or go at six, they are always tired and stressed!

Badly they make you wait too long for courtesy and the minimum amount of products is acceptable, sometimes you have to queue in double queues to get your medicines

The doctors are highly trained, kind and helpful. They have always offered me timely assistance, demonstrating great attention to the customer's needs. Also highly recommended for the wide range of services and products.

In a pharmacy there should be courtesy, kindness (humility) because medicines are sold as well as "creams and cosmetics". Professionalism is lacking in the Sant'Anna pharmacy. The "women" staff are grumpy, despotic, exalted above all (I didn't understand what about?) Who have a mini degree in pharmacy? And what was it supposed to be Einstein? I turn to the owners, are you more careful in choosing the staff, perhaps more adult and mature people would know how to interact in a more appropriate way with customers. Personally, I went in there this morning and I won't go in there again. If you want more professionalism and courtesy, there is the central pharmacy.
