I showed up with my pregnant wife and a baby in a pram. I needed a simple pack of diapers. We were literally kicked out because the pharmacy only responds to emergencies and with a medical prescription... according to the super hero who opened it for us. I visited a friend who lives in Tortoli and accompanied her to this pharmacy to activate her service card and collect the card reader that the ASL service provides free of charge. The pharmacist who authorized the Health Card asked for the payment of 9 euros!!!!!!! As soon as my friend got back into the car, intrigued, I asked her if they had made her pay 1 euro per card as had happened to me at my pharmacy in Cagliari and when she told me what had happened I was STUNNED!!!! !!! I looked for her on the internet for the explanation of the National Health Service which clearly mentioned the free supply of the reader and, convinced that it was just a misunderstanding to be clarified, I convinced her to go back and ask for explanations.......... .with great naturalness the lady replied that my friend was right....but she had forgotten to inform her beforehand that she would pay 3 euros for the qualification, 3 euros for the digital signature option and..... 3 euros for your time!!!!! I find it very unprofessional not to have informed the customer beforehand so that he could choose whether or not to accept their EXAGGERATED request and I find the difference between the amounts asked of me and the one asked of her ABSURD... especially given the fact that my friend lives in Tortoli and goes to them all year round....every year....and they know it VERY WELL......congratulations you have really demonstrated the LEVEL of your services....to conclude I recommended the my friend to never ask you.......what doctor advises me....because the fee for the time and consultancy could be triggered....
