Pharmacy in the center of Collesalvetti. Friendly staff but...... there is a but..... ....... Which is the biggest but in the world! They are slow. They are too slow! You go there to hurry and waste two hours standing in line because it takes half a day to serve 10 people! Each one who enters is a new visit! There's no point in going to the doctor, they'll take care of making you understand what you have and what you need. Then, while we're at it....... better to ask mum, dad, aunt, uncle and grandparents how they are....... and people are outside waiting. And it was day and it was night and in the meantime the flu that brought you there, to wait, has also passed! Advice: if you want to go first go to Livorno which with all the road and traffic you will always do first!

Very negative experience regarding the rapid swab service... the nurse in charge was arrogant and rude as well as not very delicate. Behavior definitely not inclined to the type of work he does.

You don't even need to go to this pharmacy. Really unfriendly employee! There had never been such a willingness to help or humanity there. I needed a painkiller quite urgently, the pharmacist wasn't even able to see what medication she could sell me over the counter. Instead she started screaming in Italian. Half the pharmacy heard, there isn't even any privacy there! She should rather work at the zoo or at the market! I have never experienced such behavior in a pharmacy. The other two pharmacists who were there weren't able to help either. Just arrogant horrible behavior!!! They can't speak English, well they can't even behave well, much less English!
