In my opinion it is the best pharmacy in Manfredonia, always stocked with everything you need, be it medicines, parapharmaceuticals, healthcare items in general. The courtesy and competence of Dr. Eugenio Serrati is at the highest level. The same goes for the doctors at the counter, there are at least 3 of them every day. Don't be discouraged when you see the queue of people.... the queue-busting system and the speed of the staff will make you hurry up immediately... The Uniclub points collection often gives valuable gifts.

Negative rating for employee negligence and lack of responsibility. Having received the wrong medicine, I went to the pharmacy again, it was Saturday evening. I arrive at the pharmacy at 8.05pm, lights still on, I knock but no answer. I wait for the employees to leave, I explain what happened, the answer? With a gesture that meant "how annoying", they replied that they had turned everything off and I had to make do. For this medicine, which is also necessary for my 2 year old daughter, I have to wait until Monday morning to change it...

Pharmacy always stocked. In many years I have only had to return once. There's no need to talk about the competence and professionalism of ALL the staff. For me, however, courtesy, friendliness and, why not, friendliness are priceless.
