I purchased on the site and I had a great time. Fast shipping, excellent prices and very clear and well-made site. The packaging of fragile products or products with liquid contents should be reviewed, because some shampoo was spilled during the journey.
I had the opportunity to speak with the pharmacy's customer service because I had a problem ordering online: I found a fabulous person: kind, attentive, understanding... he guided me step by step until the conclusion. The order placed on Friday 14th July has already been sent by courier this morning (Monday 17th). Excellent prices, significantly lower than others on the market (even online), no shipping costs and maximum kindness: it is rare to find all these qualities combined in a single company. Thank you!
Clean pharmacy with a good selection. The employees are polite, unfortunately I had to deal with one of the employees. Even though I indicated that I had never done a swab, I was treated like someone who had done it twice a day. He didn't have any patience at all, limiting himself to giving little information. There weren't many customers, let alone if there had been a queue. I gave him two stars because colleges can't do anything about having a colleague like him. Next time I will certainly go to another pharmacy.
