Galenic preparation at an exorbitant cost, 30 euros (without informing in advance when ordering), compared to a product that costs between 3 and 8 euros over the counter, unfortunately at that time sold out in pharmacies and not available in stores. Whoever answered the phone was kind but rather confusing, a greater understanding between the staff responsible for selling the drugs is certainly advisable.
Combination of professionalism and kindness. This, in summary, is my opinion on the Siagura pharmacy. Visited today to request some galenic drugs. Three and a half years after my return from Trapani, it was the first time that in a stressful moment, the frenetic Palermo where I was born, and which I no longer recognize, smiled at me. The pharmacy is not just any place, it is not a shop, and this, in the superficiality of today's everyday life, is forgotten. Hot day on July 24, 2023, add a little tiredness and confusion, because it is not always easy to find some medicines. At Siagura I met kind doctors and in this specific case, the doctor I turned to, attentive, calm and professional, competent and patient. I found what I was looking for. In the afternoon I returned and once the operation was over, I allowed myself to stop in the beauty and physical well-being department, it was the most beautiful moment of this sultry, and also a little melancholy, day. The doctor who looks after this sector, also knowledgeable and polite, gave me good advice and, between a sniff of the scented cream and an opinion on skin well-being, my good mood returned. So, for the Siagura pharmacy, it is precisely the case to say: "Class is not water". Thank you. PS.: obviously I recommend it 💖💖.
Excellent pharmacy, well stocked and with very friendly staff. Of particular note are the homeopathy, footwear and products for celiac and diabetic departments. Highly recommended!

I was looking for Dr. Sholl's eco-sustainable rain shoes and not real leather, since I'm a vegetarian, and the doctor looked at me strangely. I'm surprised that if someone wants products that aren't made of animal skin they are judged badly, and by a person who has also studied. I went ELSEWHERE and solved it. Not recommended
