BAD experience, I was in a hurry with a taxi waiting outside to go to the station. I wanted to buy a single mask, it wasn't possible, I had to buy a cardboard box. Shame on you because this means not thinking about waste. Very unhelpful and rude pharmacist.

I've been there a few times, but I've always found a lot of helpfulness from the staff and I really appreciated it. I recommend it.

We swabbed my girls on Saturday morning without an appointment. They were very fast and very kind and professional. Helpful staff and the swab boys are very good and friendly. I absolutely recommend it. We will definitely return

My favorite pharmacy Very fast, I have never waited more than 10 minutes. I use it mainly for quick swabs. The online swab booking service directly from the pharmacy website is very convenient, but even when I happened to do it without booking I managed to do it in a short time. Service that showed little attention from the moment the prescription was delivered: products ignored (I think due to haste/distraction) insufficient quantities for the prescribed therapy. When I returned home I asked for some telephone clarifications and very deplorable levels were reached because the doctor who answered, in looking for her colleague, left the receiver "open" and I listened, in spite of myself, to the unworthy eloquence of those who had served, who used expressions such as "what the hell does this one want" to others with unrepeatable, vulgar words, which offend the decorum of the profession even before the individual. Obviously I immediately reported that I had heard the entire "internal" conversation, expressing my bewilderment. A serious healthcare professional first and foremost takes stock of the patient's problems, from start to finish, and certainly does not insult them with the rudeness of certain ways that clearly reveal the very low level of human and professional qualities. Last but not least, I bought one of the missing drugs (I was sold a box instead of two needed ones) at another pharmacy where they suggested I ask for a prescription from my GP in addition to the professional's prescription, as it was partly paid by the health service. There are no excuses for what happened. None. To the young "pharmacist" I say again: be ashamed.
