Prepared, courteous, available! If they don't have a drug in stock within a few hours they will have it delivered to you... what more could you ask for from a pharmacy? I also saw lollipops dispensed to children and cream samples given to mothers. 5 stars are too few!

The pharmacy is a place where almost always, if not in some cases, one goes for medicines and treatments, therefore with a lot of sadness in the soul... in any case as soon as one crosses the door of the historic "Silvestri" pharmacy one perceives an air of tranquility, professionalism, courtesy that almost seems to dilute the physical problem for which one is going. Enrico and Renata, indissoluble and inseparable brothers, continue the story of Who preceded, with great commitment as an ideal continuity and with that empathy which brings back the desire to turn to them for medications. Tireless, they have been able to forfeit and overcome difficult moments....honesty and sacrifice, however, pay off in the end. One star because you can't do less! This evening I called to make sure there were oxygen tanks, as they were necessary for my grandmother. I was answered: “of course we have them! By law you have to have them!” As if to say “how do you not know?!”. I then explained that my mother would go and get one and that she would bring the referral sent to her by the doctor on WhatsApp. The answer: “but like on WhatsApp, at most by email!” Mocking me... I said that I didn't know what to say to him and that he would agree with her, the answer: "I don't know what to say either!", making fun of myself for the umpteenth time. Treat people as if they were somehow superior! But he's nothing but very rude!
