Anxious about having been in contact with a positive case after touring 6 pharmacies, they made themselves available via telephone to take my swab test at 1pm, after taking the car on Christmas Eve and traveling around the whole city doing it as soon as possible in order not to disturb the pharmacy, we arrived at exactly 1pm and sent us back. After explaining the situation to the doctor, we talked about the reservation and turned away, shrugging his shoulders. 0 human relationship, I think some people are irrecoverable
I went to this pharmacy with my husband for two quick swabs, convinced that it cost €8 since 10 of my acquaintances went there and they all paid this amount. After the swab they told me that the cost of the swab is €15 despite my insistence on to say that I was aware of the real cost, they claim that the cost is lower only if you are on the list. Which is absolutely not true and denied by those who took the swab test with them. It's called a scam!
Terrible service. The senior doctor should retire, rude and inconclusive. They didn't have an important medicine delivered within 24 hours and they didn't even know if it would arrive.
Excellent pharmacy but disappointing swab service. Inconvenient and annoying location for service. Excessive cost
