Farmacia Sindaco Marta

I always turn to this pharmacy for all my needs and here I find hospitality, high professionalism and answers to my every need. The pharmacy is well stocked and offers various services. Dr. Marta is always attentive and sensitive to social issues, as is proven by the sign in the photo placed outside the pharmacy. I recommend it!

In short.... .... kindness and courtesy are certainly better than arrogance and arrogance. I have been using an aspirin replacement drug for 15-20 years, recommended to me by my doctor following some episodes attributed to aspirin. I buy it and have bought it regularly in Milan and in countless pharmacies throughout Italy and I have never (NEVER) been asked for the prescription. I fully understand that if a prescription is required for this drug, a particularly dutiful pharmacy may request it. What I don't understand are sentences like: "Now I'll explain to you why this drug is different....." (are the other pharmacists all idiots?) or: "but don't make me laugh if you're not allergic to this you're not allergic to aspirin either" (frankly I prefer not to do the test) The feeling is that the clerk/pharmacist is used to treating his customers (and implicitly their doctors) like imbeciles incapable of reading leaflets... All it took was: "I'm sorry, I understand, but we strictly comply with the provisions of the ministry.." as any serious pharmacist with common sense, but above all not arrogant and snooty, would have done. I don't give a lower rating because I want to hope that it is a sporadic episode and I have no reason to think that this is not the case, because certainly dealing with arrogant and snooty sales assistants is never pleasant, least of all in the pharmacy.

I am a new customer, I was on holiday in Salento this summer and I visited most of the pharmacies in the province of Lecce, and thanks to the professionalism, kindness and commendable punctuality demonstrated by all the staff of the Farmacia Sindaco, I succeeded after a long search and a thousand difficulties in finding a very rare product thanks to them. I have also lived in the United States, Australia, England and the Dominican Republic, and I consider it one of the best pharmacies in the world... 🤩🤩🤩
