Courteous, professional and trained staff. Long queues are cleared quickly as they have plenty of staff. Full of extra services, well illustrated on their website. Also recommended if you are in a hurry but want excellent and quick service.
Review based on covid-19 swab experience. Negative experience. Called and made an appointment with a timetable (5.40pm) Having arrived on site, very early, it is written that the swabs will be carried out in the clinic on the upper floor. So I walk away from the pharmacy because I thought since I have a schedule, but no. Whoever comes first gets the swab, in fact by making my timetable known to the people present waiting for the swab, I realize that I have the same time as others. Compliments! Having taken the swab, where I understood what a wall feels like being drilled, I say thank you to the doctor thinking that the result will be sent to me via message and email. But no. I have to wait there😳. OK, I'll wait. Conclusion, he gives me a piece of paper with the result of the swab written on it where one can easily change the result. To pay for the swab you have to go back down to the pharmacy, if it's positive you wait outside otherwise you enter and queue. Conclusion everything was very poorly organised.

I had Covid, I took one and only one swab at this pharmacy... I paid for the recovery one at another... Why? But is the gentleman who makes swabs a butcher or pharmacist? Did you tell him that he couldn't find them in my nose and it was useless to practically reach up to the temple? My nose hurt all day... I had swabs done but I have never felt as much pain as with this pharmacy! Also, it's ok that I had Covid but being treated like a plague victim and having a swab taken from the window in January seems absurd to me! And the most ridiculous thing is that to go in and bring him the documents before taking the swab everything is fine... After having done it and tested positive you could no longer enter the pharmacy! What is it before no one was infected!? Never again never again never again never again
