I went into this pharmacy several times to buy a drug and they always offered me a generic (because it was missing every time) adding that if it wasn't right for the specific case I could change it. Once I needed to return the generic drug, due to an intolerance, and change it with one more suited to my needs; but this time too it wasn't available and since I couldn't wait the requested two days they gave me a voucher (I expected compensation after about 30 minutes from purchase). After some time I return to the pharmacy to use the voucher but they tell me that they can no longer find it with the code on the terminal and therefore it has expired. I would like to point out that on the voucher issued at the pharmacy there is only the credit amount printed beyond the pharmacy header without any expiry date. Therefore only what is written on the voucher is valid and not the presumed expiry date reported later. By law the sum had to be returned in cash due to a formal defect. It's all a scam, don't be fooled.
